· By using our services, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.
· Our services are not intended for consumers or individuals.

4. Payment Terms

· Services may be offered as subscriptions (monthly billing) or one-time fees.
· Free trial periods may be provided at our discretion.
· All fees are non-refundable.
· You authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:
· Use the services only for lawful business purposes.
· Not use AI outputs to generate or distribute illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or misleading content.
· Not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership of content and rights is as follows:
· Magnify AI’s IP – Our software, AI models, branding, website content, and documentation remain our exclusive property.
· Client Data – Any data, content, or information you provide to us remains your property.
· AI Outputs – Clients are granted full usage rights to the AI outputs generated by our services, for lawful business purposes only. Magnify AI does not claim ownership over outputs, but we reserve the right to restrict uses that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

· Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
· We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI outputs.
· Magnify AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
· Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

· You may cancel your subscription or account at any time.
· We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time, for any reason, including non-payment or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

· These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
· Any disputes shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts in Vlaams-Brabant, Belgium.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
